Still heading down, I am at 215.7, so the trend is still in the right direction.
I am packing up now to get ready to head out of town later today with my wife, for our 22nd anniversary. Wth 6 kids, we don't get a lot of us time, so we look forward to this every year.
Not sure how I am going to handle meals, I want to enjoy the time, but don't want to over indulge. I would love to go back to Greg Normans, we had one of the most amazing meals there, but I know that would be a huge hit to my progress. Because if we do go there, there is no way I am getting grilled veggies, and a salad, LOL. We will see. I will do the best I can to balance being good, with enjoying myself.
Breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup raisins
1 apple
1 TBS Honey.
Coffee (black, no sugar)
Lunch:
2 hard boiled eggs
1 banana
Dinner:
3.5 oz Seared tuna
1 cup Stir fry zuccini
Snack:
1 apple
10 almond stuffed olives
2 glasses Riesling
Happy Anniversary, Man. 6 kids. Wow. I have a hard time with 3!!!!! Enjoy yourself. Stick with chicken and veal and fish and easy on desserts and you should be just fine. Get a Duck too. Have a great time.
