Today will be my day of rest, and football, so really have no plans. Do want to try and get out for a ride with my son, if the weather warms up a bit more, was too cold to ride yesterday.
For this week, I think I will only do a weigh in mid week, probably Wednesday, and then again on Saturday, as I expect the numbers to begin moving much slower now.
Breakfast:
2 hard boiled eggs
1 apple
Black coffee, no sugar.
Lunch:
4 oz Tuna
banana
Snack:
Green Tea
2/3 cup Blue Berries
Splurged a bit on dinner, made my homemade sauce-less vegi pizza. I will probably be sorry when I get on the scale in the am, but I'm not right now :)
Dinner:
2 slices Med Veg Pizza
Apple.
