Yet another week begins.
I was very pleased with week ones results, so much so that I probably over enjoyed my Pizza last night, and yet this morning, I was pleasantly surprised to find I had still dropped a bit more, and am now down to 218.7, so that was a nice way to start the week.
Son #4 starts his Uke classes back up tonight, he is really looking forward to them, and has been practicing all weekend.
Also getting ready for our long anniversary weekend, so I need to be extra watchful this week, so I can splurge a bit, and enjoy this weekend.
I did find out I was miss reporting quantities on my breakfasts, I was using the cooked quantities on the oatmeal, instead of the uncooked, so all my calories were doubled. I guess that is one way to lose weight.
Breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup raisins
1 apple
1 TBS Honey.
Coffee (black, no sugar)
24 oz water
Lunch:
2 slices of my left over Med Veg Pizza
48 oz water
Dinner:
4oz Tilapia
3/4 cup stir-fry spinach
3/4 cup stir-fry broccoli
10oz green tea
Snack:
banana
Yes- you do want to be able to celebrate the Anniversary in style. MY nutritions says, and I have found to be true, that after eat in a restaurant, it takes 3 days to get back to where you started, so you have a good plan of preparing for it by losing as much as is possible (and healthy) this week.
